With over 25 years of experience in municipal management and administration, Randy Cross brings a deep understanding of public sector leadership, organizational development, and operational excellence. He holds a doctoral degree in Organizational Learning and Leadership from Barry University, and a Master of Public Administration from Florida Atlantic University.
Over the past two decades with the City of Miramar, Randy progressed from intern to senior management roles, including Human Resources Director, Chief Operations Officer, and Procurement Director, gaining firsthand insight into the complexities of local government and the value of strategic leadership.
Since 2007, Randy served as an adjunct professor at Barry University, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in public administration, criminal justice, emergency management, and business administration—sharing real-world experience to help shape the next generation of public service professionals.
